In studying staging opportunities, it appears you get what you pay for. According to professional home stagers, when sellers spent just around 1% of the sales value more on the staging services, they saw at least a 7% price variation! What this implies, when stagers credited less or stopped short due to the seller's fixed budget, the results were not as beneficial.
